Prussia With Love – Kyneton Trial Video

Latest Trial Replay from Kyneton:

Prussia with Love trialled today and to the naked eye she was disappointing after finishing 6 th in a trial of 7 ,but Talia Rodder who rode her said she needs to be forgiven today due to her not getting a good footing on the slippery surface. Secondly she wanted to look around and gork at everything and Blinkers maybe a good gear change to help her concentrate.

Leon said she trialled much better at Bendigo than today, but she was in season today with a few things against her, track conditions and the like. In saying that she does need to show us in her next trial and then a race she is worth going on with and those 2 performances will be judged harshly.

We are going to get her hopefully to the Geelong Synthetic trials in a bid to get a better surface at this time of the year and will let you know ASAP.

cheers,

Prior Pulls Up Sore

PRIOR – not good news from Malua Racing
Report following:

Prior (NZ) :
Morning Everyone. We are just having no luck with this bloke whatsoever. He has pulled a muscle in his back and is sore again. This combined with the fact he does not handle the wet tracks coming into winter we have made the decision to pull the pin on the preparation. It is a real shame because it started with such promise. I have no doubt in my mind that he is really going to benefit from a nice long break. It will give him body time to recuperate and get over his little ailments. The time is certainly not going to hurt him as he is still maturing.

Kind Regards,
Troy Corstens

Report on Prussia With Love Trial

Prussia With Love trialled well today when we take in the fact that it’s her first trial ,she didn’t handle the wet track and she was up against older horse’s .

Leon wasn’t concerned that she finished back in the ruck as her rider Chris Nicoll said she didn’t get through the heavy going one little bit .She was beaten around 10 lengths.

Leon went onto explain today was all about education and she will improve lengths heading into her next trial, the hard thing now is to find dry places to trial all these horses.

We will send out the video link in the next 48 hours and let you know ASAP where/when her next trial will be .

Cheers,
