Latest on Roxanne of Sydney

Latest from Cindy Alderson regarding Foxy Roxy, alias Roxanne Of Sydney:

Good Afternoon,

Foxy has worked over 800m at three quarter pace this morning and she has pulled up quite well. Her work will be stepped up and I would imagine that she will be galloping at the end of next week or early in the following week. She is holding her condition well, she can still be a bit excited but hopefully she will settle down shortly.

Regards,

Cindy Alderson

Mr Sommerville Race Video

Here is Mr Sommerville’s race yesterday:

Roxanne, Human, Prior Updates

Roxanne Of Sydney: Saw this girl gallop this morning at Cranbourne, very early and still dark but can report she is doing really well, lovely mare nice action and worked over 800m this morning working home very solidly last 400m.

Gets a little fizzy at the track but stable have it under control, about a month from trialling. Took some pics but you only see the whites of her eyes!

Human League: Has trialled satisfactorily and got his clearance after the hiccup at Geelong will go to the races on Easter Saturday at Terang. Interestingly a lot of negative feedback coming through about the all weather track at Geelong being far too hard.

Prior: Had some slight back muscle issues but getting back on track and plans are to run at Bendigo next Thursday, will need the run.
